Planning and consultingThe first stage of any endeavor should be the consultation and planning stage, including a survey and analysis of existing resources and viable options. We construct secure investment programs upon a foundation of clearly defined objectives, solid reasoning, risk-awareness, and sensitivity to the personal needs of the investor.
Asset AllocationThe principle of diversification is a fundamental tool of risk management. Asset allocation is the application of that principle to an investment portfolio. We believe that portfolio returns are primarily determined by asset allocation. This principle allows us to create personalized allocations ranging from very conservative to aggressive.
ImplementationIn addition to our own proprietary management services, we may utilize mutual funds or independent money managers who have demonstrated sound expertise and consistency of performance in their investment strategy.
Performance, Monitoring, Reporting and RebalancingAt Kinetic, we understand that the investment process is dynamic. A portfolio may require adjustment due to factors including fluctuations in the market or shifts in the investor’s interests, income or future prospects. Our job is to constantly monitor the economic and market trends such that we can adjust our investment strategy to take advantage of developing trends and adjust our portfolios to a changed set of inputs. Our approach is designed to serve individual interests through monitoring of performance, regular discussion, and periodic re-positioning of the portfolio as necessary.
